                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1605
                   TUNNEL BOULEVARD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN, FROM R-4 SPECIAL ZONE TO C-5
                   NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 1605 Tunnel Boulevard,
                being Lot 30 Corrective Plat of Hillsboro Heights
                No. 1, PB 13, PG 3, DB 4285, PG 250, ROHC.  Tax Map
                No. 147B-A-023.
               
         from R-4 Special Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
              	   1.	Review and approval of site design by Public Works
         and the Regional Planning Agency; and
              	   2.	All existing easements are retained.

              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
